I am a healthy girl! I am not a size 0 or 2. I enjoy eating, I love food. I also really love being active and healthy. I workout by doing a combination of running, weight-lifting, cardio intervals, TRX, and the occasional race. I have done a 1/2 marathon, sprint triathlon, MS150 (150 mile bike ride to raise money for MS), and several stair-climbing races for the American Lung Association. I was never a star athlete as a child but I always loved to play sports.
I love fitness. I like trying new exercises or new classes and challenging myself, physically. I love incorporating yoga into my weekly routines.
I am starting to develop a new passion for cooking healthy and I enjoy sharing my recipes.
I have 3 dogs, they also help to keep me in shape.
